Strawberry Syrup

Handfull of strawberries
Stevia to taste
Water

1. Add about 1/4 inch of water to a pot
2. Add strawberries over high heat for 10 minutes. Make sure it doesn't burn
3. Put cooked strawberries in blender
4. Add stevia to taste, puree
5. Serve over Grain-Free Pancakes

Serve over frozen yogurt too.

Grain-Free Blueberry Pancakes

2 scoops vanilla Whey Factors protein powder
2 T organic whole ground flaxseed meal
6 T coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp pure stevia extract
4 eggs
1 C whole milk
4 T butter
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
1 pint blueberries (optional)
very generous sprinkling of ground cinnamon

1. Mix everything together
2. Spoon mix on hot pan
3. Drop blueberries throughout
4. Flip
5. Butter and eat.

We don't really like blueberry pancakes, so we leave the blueberries out. You can also sub. other berries for the blueberries.

Turkey Burger

1 lb ground turkey
1 zucchini sliced (large)
2 red peppers, cut into strips
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 T olive oil

Season turkey with sea salt and pepper, then form into patties. Grill or pan fry until done. In olive oil, saute zucchini, red peppers, and green onions. Top each turkey patty with sauteed vegetables.

Lemonade/ Healing Drink

This is a great alternative to Lemonade made with sugar. Lemons are also a great healing food. Lemons help create a alkaline body keeping illness away.

2 C water
1 fresh squeezed lemon
1/8 tsp pure stivia extract (find health food store. I use KAL brand)

Mix all ingredients, chill, and drink.

Drink one glass a day and feel great. Fewer colds and fewer aches and pains.
