1 lb ground turkey
1 zucchini sliced (large)
2 red peppers, cut into strips
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 T olive oil
Season turkey with sea salt and pepper, then form into patties. Grill or pan fry until done. In olive oil, saute zucchini, red peppers, and green onions. Top each turkey patty with sauteed vegetables.
